All programs are offered by Founder of Lotus Mind, Ruth Jeffkins. Ruth has been a practitioner of meditation for many years and has practiced in both Australia and India.

Ruth is looking forward to engaging with you and supporting your personal journey toward a calm mind that is filled with clarity for the present moment.

Offering a range of meditation services to suit the needs of individuals (both able-bodied and those with disabilities), and a wide range of groups within our local community.

Ruth’s career background includes over 25 years in the health sector. Ruth holds formal qualifications in Guiding and Teaching Meditation and is a current member of the Meditation Association of Australia. Ruth has also obtained a Bachelor of Adult Education (Human Resource Development).
