Ruth Jeffkins a qualified remedial massage therapist and an accredited meditation facilitator with the unique skillset to support you in both your physical and mental wellbeing. I endeavour to offer a service where you can feel comfortable and supported as I assist you in achieving your goals.

Through my previous experience in education and health care I understand the importance of client education and communication, and therefore I aim to create a space where you can feel comfortable to ask questions and be involved in the process.
